Whew!

First off, Happy Leap Year DAy (?) to you all!

What a month!

This months Most awesomest thing has to be my experience for the 35Denton Music and Arts Festival.

 35 DENTON:

I was asked months ago, last year, to come to Denton Texas and paint a mural for a music festival… I agreed, but thought nothing really would come of it. Then at the beginning of this month I received a text message from the concerts art director saying my wall was ready- when could i start?

I spent a few days in Denton painting a 20 foot mural, meeting all of the great people in that town and drinking some of the best coffee i have ever had (Thanks Big Mike :) It was truly one of my greatest experiences so far in this whole art game. I had someone filming me and someone photographing me and someone getting me art supplies and I was completely spoiled by the whole thing! it was great! I painted for about 15 hours total in a day and a half, and i could not walk for the next 3 days but i would do it all over in a second.

Also this month I ordered a new set of stickers that should be coming out in march (yyyyeeeeesssss!)

 

STICKS AND STONES:

I am so freaking close to finishing my paintings for The Sticks and Stones Show on MAY 18TH!!!!!! I cannot wait to show you these freaking paintings!
